As a subsidiary of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, Hannover Leasing enjoys strong financial backing, allowing us to conduct large-volume transactions seamlessly. Our business partners also benefit from this relationship. In selecting properties, preferably core office and retail properties with an investment volume of EUR 30 million or higher, our focus is on premier locations or those with clear development potential, as well as long-term lease agreements and a top-class mix of tenants.
