In early 2008, we successfully launched our closed-end "Regenerative Werte 1" fund (Renewable Assets 1) for photovoltaic installations in seven different locations in Germany. The installations, all of which are currently in operation, have a total capacity of around 10.7 megawatts.
The project was implemented by one of Europe’s top-selling solar companies. The manufacturers, Conergy AG and First Solar, are synonymous with top-quality photovoltaic module production. Ongoing operation, maintenance and repairs will be conducted by our experienced partner Conergy Services GmbH for the entire lifetime of the project. As all installations are already in operation, investors in "Regenerative Werte 1" are subject to zero completion risk.

These state-of-the art photovoltaic installations were skillfully constructed and commissioned by the general contractor at seven locations in relatively sunny regions of Germany. Five installations are located on rooftops of commercial or agricultural buildings, while two installations are located in open spaces previously used as farmland. Average annual global horizontal radiation at the various locations (according to meteocontrol GmbH) ranges from 1,021 to 1,124 kWh/m2. The installed rated capacity of the modules ranges between 888 and 2,173 kWp. The approximate number of modules at each location is between 5,000 and 30,000. Module types used include CP-185, CP-160, CP-180, FS-262 and FS-265.
