Our Asset Management Services

One of the most important factors behind our success at Hannover Leasing is the professional and competent care we offer to property and fund management firms. Our group of companies began building a comprehensive asset management system early on its history. Therefore, we are now in the right position to utilize and pass on to our customers the enormous opportunities offered by volatile markets while reducing the incalculable risks associated with such markets.

Our Asset Management division serves around 250 operational property management firms with a total investment volume of EUR 15.5 billion.

Our range of services includes the following key missions:

• Monitoring and executing strategy-compliant fund investments
  

• Investor care

• Commercial and technical asset management

• Coordinating external service providers

• Lessee and tenant assistance

• Liquidity management

• Securing financing and assistance with and/or establishment of loan agreements

 

These challenging tasks are handled by our team of approximately 50 highly qualified staff members. In addition to asset managers, these also include specialists from the areas of accounting, construction management and leasing.  The division is divided into two departments: "Real Estate Asset Management" and "Large Plant, Alternative Investment and Media Asset Management".
