HANNOVER FINANZ GmbH offers its share in the company for sale as part of a reorganization of its corporate structure. Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale of Frankfurt am Main/Erfurt and IVG Holding AG of Bonn acquire 50% and 25% of the company’s limited liability capital, respectively. New order volume reaches DM 3.3 billion. |

Hannover Leasing und Helaba Trust combine their sales efforts in the area of closed-end funds by forming ACCONTIS GmbH Finanzanlagen und Beteiligungen, a joint sales and marketing firm. |

Hannover Leasing relocates its headquarters from Munich to Pullach. |
| 2005 |
Hannover Leasing introduces its first Central European fund for the Praha City Center in Prague and places it successfully in the first half of 2005. |
| 2006 |
Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen increases its share in Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG and Hannover Leasing Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH from 50 to 75%. The Airplane Asset Class is renamed Alternative Investments and begins offering infrastructure, private equity and life insurance funds. The company also successfully establishes its first fund for maritime assets. |

Hannover Leasing Automotive is founded in Grünwald as an expert in innovative, complete vehicle solutions for corporations and SMEs. |
| 2009 |
The "Wachstumswerte Europa 3" (European Growth Assets 3) real estate fund invests in a high-value office complex in the southern part of the city of Luxembourg. The fund, valued at EUR 476 million, was fully placed within just three months. |
